About Us

The Academy Education Foundation is a parent volunteer driven non-profit educational organization,
which strives to enrich the students’ academic and social experience. They organize several social events and assist school in organizing and facilitating events such as:

● Chai with the Principal
● International Dinner (after Talent Show, December)
● Alumni Presentation and Reception
● Teachers & Staff Appreciation
● Academy Foundation Picnic for Incoming Freshmen (Early June)
● Sponsors a gift and a small reception for graduating class
● Facilitates (or Sponsors) scholarships for graduating seniors
● Provides funds for special item for school such as photo booth
● Supports school-related activities through “CAP” mini-grants to Academy Clubs
● Strives to provide a forum for the exchange of information between parents and school
● Organizes the School Directory (voluntary participation) and Maintains Google Groups
Communications
● Organizes fundraising activities to support Foundation activities

We are open to your ideas--please get involved and help enrich your student’s experience at the
Academy!

MEETING SCHEDULE: All Academy parents are welcome at the Foundation meetings. The
Foundation meets on the third Thursday of each month (with a few exceptions). Timely reminders
(Notice) will be sent via email and Whatsapp groups.
